we discovered BIGS Meat Wagon at Sam's Club in Ft Collins yesterday oh my gosh the smell was inviting and they did not disappoint! we had a Grilled Cheese w/Pulled Pork, so good and large serving, my husband and I shared one. ? We went back and bought 1 lb of Brisket to take home, so good also, gonna be keeping my eye open for BIGS Meat Wagon again!

Employees were great and food was better. Like it says on the menu the bbq sauce is f**king hot. The brisket, pulled pork, and jerked chicken were all awesome. Highly recommend.

Their smoked meats, grilled cheese sandwiches, sauce and sides are some of the best I've ever tasted. The staff are really nice and Joe, the owner, is such a kind and personable man!! A must try in the parking lot at Sam's Club, Fort Collins!!

We come from Indianapolis to The Colorado BBQ Challenge every year. And this place is where we get all out BBQ! Amazing food and service!

This is the best BBQ I have eaten in Colorado. Hands down, smokes the competition. I would highly recommend based on taste and price alone but when you combine the atmosphere and friendly staff, you are looking at a top notch hidden gem worth visiting again and again.

This place is legit. Joe and his crew are putting up some solid BBQ. The pulled pork grilled cheese was amazing. The sauce is great and brisket and it's bark are like candy! Going back for seconds today!

We had the pleasure of enjoying this great food at a firework display. Although the line was long it was worth it. Best smoked food! Lots of choices. The Staff was amazing they were fast and working so hard. We definitely will be tracking them down! We recommend them all the way. Best smoke food in town!!! ...
